In conclusion, rural areas need technologies transfer for their rapid and all around development. It is essential for increasing the productivity of rural men and machines, for building infrastructure, developing agriculture and industry so as to make them internationally competitive, for exploiting and making and optimal use of their natural resources, and for developing labor efficiency, organizational sustainability, administrative efficiency and entrepreneurial skill. Hence technology transfer is an engine of rural development particularly its sustainability.
